I work on product, go-to-market, and programs in frontier tech.
About

Most of my work sits between the people who build technical products and the people who need them. Outside it, I run with Founders Running Club, spend time with the Physical I/O community, and mentor through Leland. I think curiosity compounds, so I keep track of mine here. There are old essays and interviews in Writing, books shelved by subject on the Shelf, the films and shows that stuck in Culture, and a crate of podcasts in Listening, including my own, The Social Insights Podcast.
Now
I like taking frontier tech out of the lab and into platforms that developers and companies actually adopt, and the path there hasn’t been linear. At Quantinuum I owned a cybersecurity platform end to end, from bringing on a Fortune 100 customer to the pricing, enablement, and partner work that took it across North America, EMEA, and APJ. I’ve also led self-serve product and early commercial work at a YC-backed startup, worked in strategic finance and operations on a $300M merger and an EMEA buildout, and helped turn an LLM supply chain prototype into pilots.
Building AI agents and enterprise infrastructure: GTM for an RL startup, a developer community around AI and robotics, and an LLM supply-risk platform with European pilots.
Syndicate investing in pre-seed and seed startups across London, and co-authoring a weekly newsletter for founders, operators, and investors.
Developer acquisition and technical educational resources for a blockchain developer platform.
Shipped 0-to-1 API and on-prem security products, ran Day 0 launches, and designed the GTM expansion playbook across NAMER, EMEA, and APJ.
Financial models and budgets for a large M&A deal, EMEA site expansion, and board and investor materials.
YC S21 real estate marketplace. Ran deal desk and SDR motion, and launched a self-serve digital agent.
Partnership strategy connecting a blockchain supply chain platform with East African telecom providers.
Built a student financial markets organization that placed associates into sell-side and buy-side firms, and ran consulting projects for Sequoia-backed startups.
